Highlights from the first nine games of Ohio State's 2011 NCAA campaign, with sophomore Logan Schuss (no. 18) out of Canada tearing it up. The Buckeye's currently sit at 6-6 but are rockin' some awesome Nike uniforms that tie in with their football and basketball programme. Enjoy the video after the jump...

Every year Warwick University run a summer sixes league "Thursday Night Lights" that fills the void left by the lack of Lacrosse in the summer term after BUCS and SEMLA finishes. The league is mostly about having a good time with your bro's but also allows freshers, first teamers and casual laxers alike to all go out and throw around in the mix together. Stars of the future are spotted, and the newer players get to play competitively with more experienced players. Happy days all round. Anyway, here at TopJ we got a sneak peak of their 2011 promo video for the league, with highlights from last years tournament. Check it out after the jump...

The time and room shot, we all know the feeling, catch, load, engage, let it rip... pick the corner and watch the ripple. So it doesn't always go that way, but hey, we thought we'd check out a few vids from the youtubby that have someone probably with a little bit more experience talking through how to maximise the effect of a shot with a little bit of time. Grab a buddy, hit your local club, and next year you'll be ripping twine, with your lefty. Boom. How do you like them apples?

Back towards the end of 2010 we hinted in one of our bro's and no's of the week that there was going to be an epic Mark Wahlberg movie by the name of "The Fighter" hitting our screens in 2011. Well kids, it's finally here, and boy does it live up to the hype. Christian Bale is excellent as a coke addict, stuck in the past, older brother come trainer, whilst Mark Wahlberg (clearly ripped like he's been following a Coach Dave workout programme) depicts a fighter who just won't take no for an answer and shoes some true heart in the ultimate comeback story. Add to that some good fighting sequences, a montage, and a (ginger) babe... and its well worth grabbing the popcorn and settling down to a night in front of the screen. Check the trailer after the jump...

Marshawn Lynch is a running back for the Seattle Seahawks. This weekend he ran for a 67 yard game winning touchdown to clinch a wildcard playoff victory against the New Orleans Saints. Some have heralded it as the greatest running touchdown in playoff history as he beasts through more than a half dozen tackle to send the Seahawks to a 41-36 win... we'll let you decide as you can watch the touchdown below. Enjoy.

Inside Lacrosse doing what they do best with a Recap of the biggest storylines in Lacrosse for 2010. There's a good bit of English bashing with a news article detailing the British governments refusal to let those pesky Native American passport holders through immigration,...but other than that it's business as usual with MLL, NCAA and the LXM Pro tour grabbing headlines. No mention of the birth of TopJLax though... maybe there's a special edition video for that?!

Terry Tate "Office Linebacker" is a series of commercials produced by Reebok that were first shown at Superbowl XXXVII in 2003. They star Lester Speight as "Terrible" Terry Tate, an American Football Linebacker who gives out "pain" to anyone not obeying the office code. It's a great parody of sports in the office environment there are some hilarious moments as various people get laid out into cabinets, trolleys and desks. Videos after the jump...

Here at TopJLax we revel in other people's misfortune, but only when it is really, really funny. The video, seen after the jump, contains a well known member of the UK lacrosse community attempting to bunnyhop onto a table whilst being about 10 pints deep. Hilarity ensues. Enjoy.

A fair warning: The following video will make you want to drive your hot hatchback around like an absolute maniac. Side effects can include: thinking that real life and frenzied driving games are basically the same thing and wanting to be 17 again. These stunts should not be tried by anyone who is not a trained professional, but if they are could you please record them and place them on Youtube for everyone's considerable amusement...
