The time and room shot, we all know the feeling, catch, load, engage, let it rip... pick the corner and watch the ripple. So it doesn't always go that way, but hey, we thought we'd check out a few vids from the youtubby that have someone probably with a little bit more experience talking through how to maximise the effect of a shot with a little bit of time. Grab a buddy, hit your local club, and next year you'll be ripping twine, with your lefty. Boom. How do you like them apples?

For video number one we went with generic american athlete number one, whilst having minimal personality, he does speak some sense on how to shoot.... i quote: "the element of deception is key"... jokes.
Skip the excessive advertising at the start, (apologies), and you'll find an interesting video that breaks down time and room shooting into a few key parts. There's also a few cheesy cut sequences: "Look moody at the camera, show me some fire... now pose... NICE". There's even a few gym exercises that are suggested to improve your shot (we had to keep Coach Dave happy somehow)
A nice drill to finish it off from Kyle Harrison (soon to hit the UK with ArchLevel lacrosse) that can be used with a goal and some balls to nail down your technique. Grab a bucket of balls, some mates, and get that shot sorted to close out the season with...
