...and we're back! Episode 3, Tracks from my pod, MagicD bringing it to the masses with tunes that are hot right now across headphones of the UK...

Yep, I could deffo be a DJ, argue that one Bo... on a serious note this time we're stopping in I'm goin' with tunes that I listen to on or at the gym. Y'know, scene setters, those ones that help you push out that extra rep. Some choices may be embarrassing... but hey I'm ok with that.

It would literally, I mean L I T E R A L L Y impossible to do a pump up tune list that didn't have a Rise Against track on there. C'mon kids... they eat, sleep, and breathe at 100mph with veins bulging, and eyes popping out their sockets. That's a fact, I heard it from the bassist. Honest. Better get them out the way now then,... SURVIVE. 

Suburban dreams, rockin' out in your garage overlooking the street. Love this video. Billy Talent are straight outta my childhood, and I'd totally forgotten about this tune until it popped up one day, and totally made me want to go better my self. Somehow. Anyhow. 

Ever since watching Tron I've had this weird Daft Punk obsession, rising up from the dregs of my memory as a kid. Strangely I've been getting into the habit of using Daft Punk to get my head straight pre-lifting, and this one is my current favourite, a great mix of two tunes...

Honestly the reason I'm a huge fan of the next song is NOT because the lyrics are "Just remember to fall in love..." although that is somewhat appropriate in this case to my current situation. (tears). The Chemical Brothers have been on the scene for years, and somehow this one got a slot on my pod... big fan though, and I find it pretty good at helping me focus.

Could this possibly be the best pump up tune of all time ever? Right here, right now, in the moment and ready to hit it as hard as you physically can. Now that ain't half bad.
