  Kansas University put together a fantastic series of videos of their 2010 NCAA football campaign. Whilst they may not have received many views on Youtube, they deserve to be watched for being both very high quality and very engaging. Hofstra Lacrosse putting work in 01/19/2011
  After the jump is a great video from the Hofstra University Lacrosse Programme. Showing some chain drags, some prowler pushes and some hang cleans, they seem to be getting it right in the strength and conditioning department, and there's even some outrageous lacrosse thrown in at the end. Love it.
So Oregon lost. Bummer. 01/14/2011
  So Oregon lost in the Championship bowl game. Bit of a downer. However, somehow Nike managed to spin the loss with the above advert which makes me still feel like potentially they were the moral victors of a game largely dominated by defensive plays (in particular the work of Auburn's Nick Farley, who's going to make an immediate impact in the NFL).

  Oregon University is going places. Not only are they in the BCS National Championship Bowl game, taking place Monday night against Auburn University, but they also have, without doubt, the best looking uniforms in the universe.   Big hit video compilations are awesome. Fact. The existence of these masterpieces is almost reason enough for Youtube to exist in the first place. Squatting Wednesday - Change it up 12/22/2010
  Squatting is awesome. Fact. See gains in your squat and there's a good chance your other lifts will seem easier as well. As well as providing functional strength to your legs, it works a myriad of other areas, from your abdominals to your lower back. Now most people will back squat, with the bar resting on their upper back/traps, but there are a number of other ways to squat which change up the direction of force required for the lift, and can be used to prevent injury and reduce stress on the back (as back squats tend to load a fair amount of weight onto the spine).

  Above is a shot that makes me truely sad. Look at that Riddell helmet ruining what otherwise would have been a great action shot. Bulky, massive, aesthetically disturbing. However, after the jump is a great video which follows the new helmets that Notre Dame will be rocking next year, from the Cascade factory to the players....
