The first track is by an MC called Scribe and he's from New Zealand, bump the track at a decent volume.   Tempa T is known for energy on stage, his angry lyrics and the hype that he creates with his live performances, and now he's showing you how to get jacked in your spare time. Seriously, these videos crack me up, the guy is a nut job, and whilst funny, there are actually a few neat exercises in there that just maybe you can add to your routine. Jokes.

  Just watched Hopkins v Navy on ESPN America, textbook morning... so it was a blow out, 10-0 at the half to the Blue Jays (when does that ever happen?) but hey can't complain when the sun is out and you're chillin' watching Lacrosse. So been a bit of activity on the Pod over the last few days, thought I'd share some of the new party tunes that are getting air time...

  So just stumbled across this mix and decided it had to be shared with y'all. Summer sunshine, road trip, and a slampiece who keeps exposing the bikini. What's not to like? Perfect tune to put on in the sun, grab a Magners and start pumpin' away the bank holiday. Not entirely sure how the three-some is going to work out, but the back drop of Vegas, the desert, and a certain amount of smoking makes me wish I was about to jump on a tube to get on a flight to SoCal. Boom!

  Every year Warwick University run a summer sixes league "Thursday Night Lights" that fills the void left by the lack of Lacrosse in the summer term after BUCS and SEMLA finishes. The league is mostly about having a good time with your bro's but also allows freshers, first teamers and casual laxers alike to all go out and throw around in the mix together. Stars of the future are spotted, and the newer players get to play competitively with more experienced players. Happy days all round. Frat Boy Music - I've Got More 04/12/2011
  I don't really have a huge amount to say about this selection, i'd hope the tracks speak for themselves. The Drapht track is from his new album, The Life Of Riley, which i'd highly recommend downloading and if you don't listen to the whole track then just marvel at the 2nd verse, from 2.07 - 2.59. It's ridiculously good. The Example track is there just so you can all join me in agreeing that the girl in it is really far out of his league.

Duke Lacrosse - Looking Nasty 04/05/2011
  Duke Lacrosse, love them or hate them, as defending national champions have a duty to upkeep flow on the NCAA Div 1 canvas. They've sported some interesting Brine uniforms in the past, but at this weekends Inside Lacrosse Big City classic they came out all guns blazin' with the "Darth Vader" Look. All black... lime green HEADStrong chinstraps, and Nike uniforms with white trim. We wanted your thoughts... (thanks to InsideLacrosse and Lax.com for the pics).
